Tech billionaires still have all the power.

Some evenings leave you feeling inspired long after they’re over.

So honoured to have been invited to Grand Cru in support of @UHNFoundation - thank you to @one.twenty.eight for introducing me to their work. What made this evening so special wasn’t just the incredible food, wine and setting, but the opportunity to celebrate and connect with the people behind the impact - the generous donors, brilliant scientists and researchers, and the many individuals who are helping advance the future of health care.

To sit alongside people who are making such a meaningful difference in the lives of others was truly inspiring. It was a beautiful reminder that behind every breakthrough, every clinical trial and every advancement in patient care, there are people who believe in making a difference.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this unforgettable evening possible and to UHN for including me in such a meaningful celebration. The work being done at University Health Network is extraordinary, and I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to experience firsthand the passion and generosity that help make it possible.

She was just 20 years old, with a lifelong dream of flying ✈️🕊️

Nathalia Gadelha Filgueiras has been identified as the young co-pilot aboard a Learjet involved in a tragic plane crash in Florida on November 1, 2026.

Her passion for aviation began at an early age. By 17, she had earned her private pilot’s license while still attending high school. With approximately 1,300 flight hours, Nathalia had already made remarkable progress toward her dream of building a career in the skies.

The devastating crash reportedly claimed nine lives, leaving families and loved ones mourning an unimaginable loss. The circumstances surrounding the accident remain under investigation.

Rest in peace to all nine lives lost. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by this heartbreaking tragedy 🤍
