دخترا، شده صبح از خواب بیدار بشین، شکمتون کاملاً صاف باشه، ولی عصر همون روز انگار شش ماهه باردارین؟

مخصوصاً نزدیک پریود یا بعد از خوردن بعضی غذاها!

می‌خوام یه چیزی بهتون بگم.

ما خانومیم! بدن ما قرار نیست ۲۴ ساعت شبانه‌روز یه شکل باشه.

هورمون‌هامون تغییر می‌کنن، بدنمون آب نگه می‌داره، بعضی غذاها باعث نفخ می‌شن و حتی سیستم گوارشمون هم هر روز مثل روز قبل کار نمی‌کنه.

ولی می‌دونین اشتباه ما چیه؟

اینکه به محض دیدن یه شکم بزرگ‌تر، سریع فکر می‌کنیم چاق شدیم، چربی آوردیم و باید کمتر غذا بخوریم یا بیشتر ورزش کنیم!

در صورتی که هر شکم بزرگی به معنی چربی نیست!

قبل از اینکه خودتونو سرزنش کنین، یکم به بدنتون توجه کنین.

ببینین تو چه روزی از سیکل ماهانه‌تون هستین، چی خوردین و بدنتون به چی واکنش نشون داده.

به جای جنگیدن با بدنتون، یاد بگیرین اونو بشناسین.

ما زنیم، بدنمون تغییر می‌کنه، شکممون بزرگ و کوچیک می‌شه و این کاملاً طبیعیه.

قرار نیست هر روز صبح تا شب شکممون تخت باشه تا احساس کنیم خوش‌اندامیم.

بدنت دشمن تو نیست؛ فقط باید یاد بگیری بهش گوش بدی.

My flagship expansion is our biggest retail investment to date, and I felt it deserved a name to match. Welcome to The House of Holland Cooper.

I’ve had so much fun naming each of the beautiful rooms, including the creation of our very first standalone gentlemen’s store.

This really will be the most immersive world of HollandCooper yet, bringing a whole new level of luxury retail to the heart of the Cotswolds.

We open this Saturday, 7th November, at 10am.

I’ll be there to welcome you personally, and I would absolutely love to know if you’re coming..
