Welcome to the first part of our new series, where we open the doors to ExamVision and introduce some of the people behind our products.
For Katrine Holt Madsen, R&D Manager, pride comes from seeing how continuous improvement shapes her work. “We are constantly working to develop our processes by learning from our mistakes, implementing feedback and becoming smarter about our work, all in order to deliver better products and the highest quality,” she says.
This approach applies just as much to people as it does to products. “If I work towards becoming better every day, I’m not just improving myself, I’m helping my team, my colleagues and our company improve too.”
