The fact that you know to think to ask these things and that all these things we must take care of ourselves, it’s our responsibility to know that.. and then in those moments when we have hard times, grief, stress.. you both must know these things about each other to care for one another when ever you struggle, you must take the steps to heal separately but together to not become co-dependent. We must prepare for a dystopian world possibility ( excuse my Dyslexia ) I have just had my pain relief 🍃 ( Through Curaleaf ) So my dyslexia gets worse lolol 🤦🏼‍♀️ Yeah, that was way too strong.. Dearborn Public Schools is preparing for one of the largest school modernization efforts in Michigan history after voters approved a historic $1.51 billion bond proposal in Tuesday’s general election. The approval marks a major milestone for the district, clearing the way for a sweeping 20-year transformation that will include the construction of six new state-of-the-art schools, extensive renovations to existing buildings, improved security, upgraded classrooms and modern heating and cooling systems. The six new schools will serve students from preschool through eighth grade, providing modern learning environments designed to meet the educational needs of future generations. Fordson, Dearborn and Edsel Ford high schools will retain their existing buildings while receiving extensive upgrades. The bond also addresses aging infrastructure throughout the district. Some school buildings are nearly a century old, while certain heating systems have been operating for more than 50 years. Planned improvements include updated restrooms, new roofs, enhanced security entrances, modern science and technology classrooms, expanded career and technical education programs, and athletic facility upgrades. The district has said every school will see improvements within the first three years, with air conditioning eventually installed throughout the district.

Dear Founder, don’t quit. In 2011, I walked out of Covenant University with a Mass Communication degree, a blue suit and big dreams. I had no idea RAGE Media was coming. From 2011 to 2017, I served various high level leaders across Nigeria, diligently solving problems and making things happen behind the scenes. In 2017, we sat around one table working on our first pitch. That was when I learnt that starting a business is not as easy as it sounds. The beginning never looked pretty. The prospect did not see anything special in what we had. 🤣 In 2018, we were 19 talents in one cubicle, in one country. Growing and making things happen for people who were crazy enough to trust us. Today, we are 200+ talents across our group of companies, in a building of our own, with offices in three countries. We have welcomed leaders, dignitaries and friends at the Lighthouse. Then this October, someone sent me a screenshot. The same university I graduated from in 2011 was celebrating what we built, at its 21st Convocation. I didn’t have many words. Just: God be praised. Business is hard. Leading people is harder. Getting people to believe in a vision they cannot yet see is close to a miracle. But it happens. If you are in your cubicle season right now, stay in the room. One day you will look back and be thankful. Don’t quit. #TGO #KeepGoing

A moment so precious that words could hardly describe what my heart was feeling. She is KM239FC1 (the daughter of Harriet), one of Serengeti’s legendary supermothers Now, all I can do is pray that these little lives survive the many challenges of the wild. Coming from a highly competitive industry where support wasn’t always easy to find, this took me a minute to learn. But oh boy! You grow so much faster when your friends grow too. That energy of growth is magnetic. There’s no expiration date on learning something new. Evolving and learning are part of being human, and that’s something I’ll never take for granted. At the beginning of my entrepreneurial journey, it hurt when people didn’t support me the way I hoped or fully understand what I was trying to build. Something I’ve learned: your first cheerleader should always be YOU. Cringe is a price you pay for growth. If you’re trying to play it cool from day one, you’ll hold yourself back. You have to care more about what you’re building than how you look while doing it. One thing I appreciate about American business culture is how many people who’ve succeeded find fulfillment in helping others. What’s the worst that can happen when you ask? They say no? You’ll survive, haha. I used to be scared to try new things, especially after a failure. Then I realized how many successful entrepreneurs had failed before they succeeded. It’s part of the game. If you want to build something successful, no job should be beneath you. That’s the mindset I bring, and I only hire people who share it.
