This hasn’t been an easy choice… we’re a team of dog lovers ourselves 🐶❤️ but ongoing issues have sadly left us with no alternative.
👉 From May onwards, dogs are still very welcome, but must be safely placed in a trolley during your visit

This is so sad 😢 I completely understand where you're coming from, but it really will be a loss to me & my dogs. Such a shame lovely places are being ruined by irresponsible people. I'm sorry you've been put into this position.

I am a loving dog owner, but 💯 agree with their very difficult decision. People never used to take their dogs out to eat and now you cannot go to lots of cafes as they are full with dogs. Dogs should be free to roam and walk at home and in your garden or fields. I love my dog but value my time out with friends dog free.

So sad & I will find it difficult because my boy hates being in a trolley but understand you reasons, there are always the lazy & selfish dog owners who have absolutely no respect …. You just need to look at some of the streets, paths & beaches 😢

That is such a shame that the minority are spoiling it for others. Unfortunately we won't be able to come the garden centre or Sprout kitchen again then as our dog travels everywhere with us and will not sit in a trolley. This is such sad news.

I’m a massive Sprout kitchen fan and dog owner but I think this is the best decision! We never bring our dog but I’ll sometimes take him to little sprout after a walk. We recently had a meal spoilt by a dog barking constantly in sprout which then made other dogs bark and a poor toddler cry. I really felt for the toddler’s family and did think then that dogs should be banned. Hard decision but the right one.

Unfortunately this is an issue everywhere, some people can't be bothered cleaning up after their dogs, can't blame the dogs, blame the lazy owners. I don't blame you taking the action you have, it's not for your staff to go round picking up dog poo.

Great decision 👏 If people can’t clean after they dogs, they can’t going into public places with them, because no one from the staff should clean after someone dog , it’s not fair. Good for you guys - I totally understand it from my experience.

We have 3 dogs but I totally agree with your decision, even the most responsible of owners cant stop their dogs cocking their legs on goods meant to be for sale. Its not fair- and its certainly not fair if your staff are having to pick up dog poo! Difficult decision so well done ♡♡

Ohh this is so sad and such a big shame! Its so heartbreaking that people have ruined it for everyone else , so sorry your team have had to deal with that! Me and my dog Sprout the three legged patterdale who have visited regularly and he loves seeing everyone will be sad he can't come as freely anymore as he 100% wont sit in a trolley hahaha he would try and jump constantly! We will try our best to keep coming to sprout and premier to support a local business but Sprout the dog will be sad at home 😢

It’s a shame, but fully appreciate when decisions have to be made in situations like this 😌 Would have been good if they could be carried/trolley’d around the garden centre, but in sprout; still allowed to sit by the table as normal 😢

Some of these responses saying 'we will go elsewhere' are absolutely awful have you any idea how difficult this decision must have been they literally have had their hand forced and must be terrified of loosing customers
