As we went to Guatemala last year the goals were aplenty.

Part of our experience was seeing a need and being asked to help. And that being who we are, we jumped in.

Many of the coffee farmers have limited land space especially for an appropriate way to dry their coffees. We collaborated with our trader and two other roasters (@rvlstk and @highgrade.coffee) to donate to provide enough supplies for the completion of 22 individual patios. Prior to this most drying was done on tarp or tin roofs which affects moisture, coffee consistency, and quality.

In the first picture you see the producer, Alfredo Ramirez, of our current microlot.

Thank you for supporting us so we can be generous to projects like this.
