I’ve been asked many times about what is the Kussen business model. I have tried different models but bulk buying and being in total control of logistics suits me best. Up front costs, delivery responsibilities and logistics are a small price to pay long-term. Print on demand is a solid business model and works for many brands. The minimal upfront costs and no need for storage space are advantages but I felt the brand wasn’t efficient. Efficiency and speed were two aspects of the business which improved immediately when bulk buying as product was always ready on deck.
