My 2nd knitting project ever is down in the books & I couldn’t love it more! The yarn is scrumptious & the design by Kutovakika is perfection. Details below.

Veronika or “Kika” & her 1st book are the reason I wanted to get into knitting & add on to my crochet skills & fiber making. Her patterns are dynamite & I want to make them all. I’ve been dreaming of doing so for a couple years now.

After having an awesome experience in the Knit Collage KAL I joined last Fall where I taught myself to knit a couple weeks prior & then made my first knitting project ever with Amy & her team’s guidance , I was left with 2 sweaters from their With The Band design & the confidence to read patterns, make a simple raglan & make my first Kika pattern. They have an upcoming Spring KAL I plan to join and expand my skills! I also have like 5 Kika patterns in my line up to make next too.

So what do you think of this yarn & pattern? Do you knit? I highly recommend this whether your advanced and just want a simple stockinette raglan that can be a bit mindless yet refreshing or if you’re a beginner and want a realistic challenge and get to your first garment.
