Just ask "what is the average cost of a home in the city?" Followed by "what is the average cost of the home in this area?". If its higher, you're in business. Once you realize our entire housing market is based around how far from.......certain people that definitely dont have any shared characteristics whatsoever.....you can be, while still being relatively close to work/shopping, it becomes much easier to evaluate great places to live.

If you want a home somewhere you should always drive it in the morning noon if you can and the evening you can spot all the crazy
