Women thriving in midlife

The Theias are still smiling thinking about our first international women’s retreat in beautiful Cartagena, Colombia 🙌

Twelve incredible women, so many meaningful moments, and the kind of memories that stay with you long after you return home.

We dreamed about this trip for so long, and somehow it became even more special than we imagined.

Forever grateful to our Founding Theias for believing in us and being part of something so meaningful.

This is just the beginning. Greece is up next 🇬🇷✨
