A @dando_productions short film I made with my cousin Oliver. This one is personal.

Mental health isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s quiet. It’s the pauses in conversations, the things we almost say, and the moments where someone across from you might be carrying more than they can explain.

We shot this on an iPhone in London as a small attempt to capture one of those moments.

I know this is longer than the usual Instagram post, but this story needed the space to breathe.
