What about the countries that’s fully ban like Sudan? Can you still do fiancé visa.

Hey @bradbernsteinlaw_ appreciate your guidance and expertise. For a fiance visa from a paused country, have you seen those visas issued through completion? There’s fear that I-129 gets approved, interview goes through, but visa never gets issued or is placed under administrative processing. Have you seen otherwise yet? Thank you!

i130 was approved late last year 2025 and continued with the process but . But I have two AOS which the second person submitted all this details as required but my wife ( the primary AOS) didn't submit hers before there's no more place/ page for her to submit.
