From not even knowing how to use the SkiErg… to standing on the HYROX race floor again, this time solo.
Early last year, everything felt new, unfamiliar, even a bit intimidating. My first race in Bangkok was in the doubles category—and somewhere in between the sweat, nerves, and finish line, I made a quiet promise to myself: I’ll come back stronger, and I’ll do this solo.
This year, I kept that promise. I showed up, I pushed through, and I finished.
Maybe it’s not my best time, not yet—but this journey was never just about the numbers. It’s about the process. The early mornings, the tired legs, the discipline during the busiest season at work… and choosing to still show up for myself.
Thank you to all the coaches and the hybrid community for the endless support. I wouldn’t have made it this far without you.
This experience reminded me that life isn’t just about work—it’s about growth, about becoming someone you’re proud of, one step at a time.
For me, HYROX is more than just a number—
it’s a celebration of the journey.
