Been a little quiet on here lately…
For the past couple years I’ve been dealing with recurring shoulder dislocations that started affecting not just racing and training, but everyday life too. A couple weeks ago I got the call for surgery, and it was an easy decision to go ahead with it. I’ll be missing some races this summer, which isn’t easy, but I’m very happy to finally get this fixed and I’m determined to come back stronger 💪
I am really grateful for all the love and support from my friends, my family’s and Geza this past week. It was a rough first couple days but I was in good hands! ❤️
It will be a different looking year for me but I’ll still be at the races cheering everyone on until I can get back between the tape. 🤟

Dealt with this for 2 years back when I was 17/18 racing dh, been 14 years now since the last op and it hasn’t missed a beat since🤞 Your future self will thank you for it, missing a few races now so you can enjoy many many more in years to come is absolutely the right call! All the best with your recovery 🙏

Hell yeah! I got the surgery about 4 years ago. No dislocations since🫡 hope the recovery goes well!
