Don’t fall for the media’s ridiculousness and read some history instead 📚 These books are a really book place to start 🙏🏽 remember: Zionism ≠ Judaism - many of these books are by Jewish authors who are continuing in the long Jewish tradition of anti-Zionism (see @benjaminfmoser ‘s brilliant book for more on this!) and many of these books are by Palestinian authors who we all need to listen to far more 🙏🏽 Increasing our knowledge and understanding is important so we have more confidence to call out racism and g3noc1de, but remember: being politically aware isn’t enough, we need to be politically *active*. We need to be organising in our communities for a Free Palestine. Attending weekly meetings. Taking on actions ourselves every time (this can be small things like doing admin for the group, facilitating a meeting etc). Change isn’t passive: it’s an active process that requires us to participate.
