Small businesses don’t stand a chance one-on-one against a corporation with unlimited resources.

But Federal regulators are now paying attention to what wedding vendors have been saying for years:

They were fraudulently induced into inescapable contracts. Provided fake leads. Experienced Unauthorized charges to credit cards and were victims of monopolistic pricing - these are just a few of the allegations.

Thousands of vendors have spoken up and even hundreds have come forward and reported to Senator Chuck Grassley.

If this happened to you, now is the time to speak up. Every voice counts.

Sign the petition. Report to the FTC. Be heard.

As a bride, I was affected by WeddingWire’s poor review practices. I chose a photographer who had only five star reviews, which clearly did not reflect the reality of the work I received. It turned out to be the worst photographer I have ever encountered in my life. What was delivered to me looked nothing like the quality shown in the work and reviews I relied on when making my decision. I chose this vendor based on those reviews, and now I’m left with wedding photos that hold little substance from one of the most important days of my life. Brides rely on honest reviews to make major decisions and protect their investment. Vendors should not be shielded from truthful feedback. Transparency matters, and real experiences deserve to be seen.

They literally held my high-reviewed account on hostage after I decided to cancel my paid subscription and stay with the free account. Never got it back. I was Best of in my area and it’s all gone. They are as predatory as the California Wedding Expo company with their nefarious contracts.
