one thing I forgot to mention is that prepping the undereyes with eye cream is also super important + will prevent dryness !

Great explanation 👏 For smoother under-eye, it helps to remove excess powder from the puff first. Too much product at once can make the area look dry even if the technique is right

Can you use Charlotte tilbury setting powder rather than hour glass pressed powder?
