Chef Moser is head Chef at Wharf 38, a charming South county gem located off of Rockhold Creek in Deale, Maryland.

This unique spot is not only creek side but 90% of the restaurant is completely over the water! (How cool!!) They have a really awesome oyster shell topped bar that was created by Melissa Lou Seymour & Kenny Kirchner. They also feature a few boat slips that allow water access to the restaurant & dock bar as well.

Chef Moser is super talented with over 10+ years of experience in the restaurant industry and has been head Chef offering bay-to-table dishes since the doors opened at Wharf 38 in 2024. He rotates the menu often to bring in new dishes with locally sourced fresh ingredients. During the session, I learned that the owners' sons help provide the restaurant with local crabs during the summer months to bring you the freshest Chesapeake Bay Crabs! 🦀
