Our final day came full circle in the most meaningful way… planting trees in the coastal jungle of Nosara alongside Costa Verdes, a nonprofit born from the heart of a local surfer who dedicated his life to restoring and protecting Costa Rica’s shoreline forests.
Together, we gave back to the land that has held us, healed us, and welcomed us so gently this week. We placed our hands in the soil, rooted our intentions into the earth, and planted new life,a living reminder that growth doesn’t stop when we leave this place.
I am endlessly proud of the women who showed up for this retreat. They arrived open, brave, and willing, and they leave stronger, softer, clearer, and more connected to themselves and the world around them. Watching each of them step into the woman they’re becoming has been nothing short of beautiful, powerful, and inspiring.
This week was about truth, courage, healing, sisterhood, and rising together.
And it has been one of the most beautiful journeys I’ve had the honour to hold space for.

Almost hard to put in words what this trip meant to me, and I know everyone else who attended. So sad it’s over but so happy with the person that I have become and the tools that I had learned this week. Nicole is such a blessing to have as a lifelong friend now.
