Alaska has no loyalty to its customers. I’m trying to contact anyone who is above a supervisor because I could have gone into anaphylactic shock due to my food allergy that I called in like I do ahead of time and now I’m being told it’s a me problem and not to fly Alaska. I need help from someone above supervisor

Nope, I was HA memner and had pualani platinum than when they merged we were told that we would keep our status. That was a lie currently under atmos they took my status away and right now im 0 for earning but i have over 100k airmiles. My status is just memeber. I booked my flight online and they messed up on my flight dates. @hawaiianairlines is not the same. Ive moved on now i fly @delta . Hopefully they add more flights to hawaii.

I will also have to disagree. The merger has been a huge disappointment. I fly both inner Island and long distance halls. I have had 7+ delays of multiple hours in a row on long hauls which I never used to have with Hawaiian, but since Alaska took over. There’s been nothing but issues as an example. A very sad horrifying example less than a week ago I was supposed to get from Honolulu to Las Vegas so I could drive to see my sick father, but my flight was delayed again and in between me making it to my destination, my father passed away and if my flight hadn’t been delayed again, I would’ve seen him before he passed. Whoever made this post is just a commercial for Alaskan Hawaiian and they are not correct.

My points are still a mess!!!! I know it will take hours to try and fix because of horrible customer service. I am in no hurry because Hawaiian Airlines that I loved is not the same. United to Hawaii once again
