(What do I do with my hands?) What do I do with a bipolar 2 brain that throws me from side to side and back again.

Drugs or anything to induce mania so I could stay up for days and feel invincible and wait for the next big idea. ⚡ Anything to get out of the low. 🌊 Mixed episodes best described as a washing machine running nonstop inside my skull. Never quiet. Never still. Just spin cycle, forever. 🌀

Lithium turned it off for me. And I was lucky enough to be diagnosed quickly when things got really bad.

All the love to everyone who has seen any version of that and loved me through it. 🫶
