🥷 GLADIATOR MODE: ACTIVATED. 🔥

Three variations to challenge your strength, mobility, stability, and coordination. 💪

⚔️ Gladiator Snatch → Windmill — Build shoulder stability, core strength, and rotational control.

⚔️ Gladiator Snatch → Windmill → OH Squat — Add overhead mobility, stability, and lower-body strength to the mix.

⚔️ Gladiator Snatch → Squat Snatch — Combine explosive power, coordination, and full-body control in one demanding flow.

This is more than just moving a kettlebell. It’s about owning every position, controlling the transitions, and making strength work in every direction. 🔥

I’m using @pro_kettlebell 12kgs 🤩

This series of Hanging Out is coming to an end! We’ve had the best time over the last 80 episodes… so naturally, we’ve made a dramatic trailer for the last one 🎬

Does it have anything to do with Thursday’s episode? Absolutely not. But apparently this is how you get people to watch things these days… has it worked? 👀😂

👉 FOLLOW ME if you’re a woman over 50 who loves fashion, wants to look modern, and has ZERO interest in following someone else’s style rules.

Because getting older doesn’t mean getting boring. 😉

After years of styling women in midlife, one thing I know for sure: The best style isn’t about looking a certain age. It’s about looking like YOU.

And I’m here for ALL of it!

Which sounds more like YOU?

🔥 A: My style keeps evolving, and I LOVE it!
❤️ B: I’m ready for a style refresh, but not sure where to start.

Yours in style,
Laura
