Happyq 6th birthday Mendel, to the boy that made us Mom and Dad 🥹🩵 So emotional scrolling through the pictures from over the years, you make us so so proud and so so lucky that Hashem gave you to us. I don’t understand where the past six years have gone 😭 You gave us the most important role in the world - parents. We love you endlessly and may Hashem always bless you with revealed good. Keep changing the world our love. We love you!! Mendel loves making videos for y’all about Judaism, he thrives when he does- I’m sure he’ll love a happy birthday in the comments and well read them to him!!
Do things that scare you. Noosa Bolt 5k - only 9x shorter than the distance I’m training for. Going into this race half my mind was in the “what am I doing thinking I can compete with some of Aussies best middle distance athletes?!” and the other side of my brain was saying “why would you not put yourself in it? What have you got to lose?” I haven’t raced a 5km on road since I was at high school. This distance scares me even more than a 50km. But that’s exactly why I did it. I wanted to prove to myself that I CAN DO things that terrify me. I had the best time racing in my hometown streets, with the best atmosphere and insane competition. Stoked to get 6th in this stacked field and run a sub 16.40. And take the new ALPHA FLY 4s for a quick spin. Now back to the trails. Thanks for the pics queen 📸👑 @itsjaclee
