In my late 20s I lived on tuna, apples. All for a guy I met at Fishos. 🙈 Big night out, went home with a guy after drinking waaaay to much. He asked me to come and see him in Melbourne. So I basically starved myself. It worked. I have a photo of me lying by my parents’ pool with abs. What the photo doesn’t show is my hair falling out, the exhaustion, the heavy, painful periods, and the nights I couldn’t sleep. I didn’t care. I just wanted to look good for him. What I’d tell 20 something Kitty: 1️⃣ Stop chasing these guys (and don’t go home with them the first night) 2️⃣ You don’t need another diet. You were already at a healthy weight 3️⃣ Eat enough food, carbs included, and get strong instead of killing yourself with HIIT classes 4️⃣ Every time you do this to yourself, it comes back 5️⃣ The body you’re chasing won’t make you feel enough. You have to do that part yourself and I’d give myself a big hug Now I’m nearly 46. I eat ice cream every night, I don’t fast, I don’t take anything to suppress my appetite, and I have no perimenopausal symptoms. If you’re in your 40s and still doing some version of tuna and apples, comment MIDLIFE and I’ll send you the free training on how I restored my metabolism, fixed my relationship with my body, and built a strong, healthy body in midlife👇 What would you tell your 20-something self? 👇 #midlife #womenover40 #nustrength
The hardest part of making pie is the crust, so skip it! For episode 1 of No-Stress Holidays, I’m showing you how to dress up store-bought dough, and you can comment PIE for links to my favorite cutters and tools.
BREAKING: IT’S OVER! Top Republican official mourns that the Republican Party is DEAD and so are JD Vance’s chances of being President! Music to our ears… CNN correspondent Alayne Treene shared a communique she received from an anonymous Republican official, and it’s the greatest news we’ve ever heard. “This is far worse than anyone would’ve expected. Breakup of the GOP as we currently know it. House gone till at least 2030, Senate till 2032. JD Vance waving goodbye to 2028!” BYE BYE! If there was ever a party that deserves a complete and utter humiliation like this, it’s the Donald Trump Republican Party. They hitched their wagons to a demented pedophile mass murderering racist and now they’re paying the price – hopefully for good.

Take Yo’ Praise A little moment to share gratitude never hurts so here it is: I know that there is a human being behind each like, comment, follow, subscription, tip, purchase (well that is less and less true but I don’t think bots are buying my videos quite yet 🤣) and even tho I couldn’t give an individual thank you to each and every one of you let me say it here for you: thank you so much for your appreciation and support. My life has changed a lot since I started here and even tho the golden age has ended quite a while already for me this still offers me the possibility to realise one of my dream: creating a Sanctuary! I don’t take your support for granted and I hope you can feel it in the love I pour into making nice content for you 🥰 You are seen and appreciated, I know maybe not individually but still I see you probably more than you think even if I don’t answer all the comments I read most of them 😉
