Update from us 🚨🤎 We can’t thank you all enough for the support we have received our first year in the business! We wanted to let everyone know that we are getting a little short on our beef inventory for this season - we are out/low on stock on quite a few cuts. We really wanted to have enough stock to keep going into the summer for bbq season but we only had so many animals ready to butcher last year!
That being said - we will be putting the cuts we have left on our instagram story - stay tuned! If you have been debating trying our beef, now is the time to do so before we are completely sold out until fall!
For the best quality of grass finished meat, we like to butcher in the fall after the cattle have been eating grass for months all summer. Therefore, we won’t be butchering again until the fall of 2026!
