MY THOUGHTS I genuinely had to look twice at this one. Finding châteaux with this level of architectural detail, extraordinary outbuildings and beautiful grounds, without spending several million euros, is becoming harder and harder. And then along comes this one. €1.5 million. Quite extraordinary. Those wrought-iron gates, the tree-lined approach, beautifully carved wood panelling, marble fireplaces, that staircase and even a moat! But what I love most is the entire architectural ensemble. There is just so much character here, and so much worth preserving. Of course, renovation is needed, and an estate of this scale is no small undertaking. But with approximately 16 hectares (almost 40 acres) near Vendôme, I think this is a rather special find. A remarkable restoration opportunity, listed with Junot Chateaux & Heritage €1.5M LOCATION Fréteval, Loire et Cher MORE INFO 1. Ensure you are following the account 2. Comment CHATEAU below 3. Our family is growing up so fast! 🥹💕 We recently had our family milestone photos taken, and I seriously can’t get over how beautiful they turned out! 🥹 It feels like every time we take family pictures, the girls have grown and changed so much, and I love that we get to capture all these different stages of our lives together! 🩷 Looking back at our older family photos and seeing how much our little family has changed over the years is so bittersweet! 😭💕 Of course, this photoshoot was extra special because we were also celebrating Sutton turning ONE! 🥹🩷 I still can’t believe our littlest baby is already a year old! She has grown so much over the past year, and we are so excited to watch her learn to walk, talk, and explore the world alongside her big sisters! 🥰 It’s going to be such a fun year watching her little personality grow even more! One of my favorite things about taking family photos is knowing that someday we will look back at them and remember exactly what this season of life felt like. 🥹💕 The girls are only this little once, and I’m so thankful we have these memories to hold onto forever! There were SO many amazing photos from this shoot that it was almost impossible to choose which ones to share! 😅🩷 We will definitely have to post more another time! We can’t thank @cljphoto.tx enough for capturing these beautiful moments for our family! 🥰 Her skills are unmatched, and we will treasure these photos forever! 💕

Extremely Grateful- Almost 5 years ago, I found myself on a phone call with Shawn Ryan. We talked about my story, coming on the podcast, and ultimately unblurring my face for the first time. I was incredibly hesitant, apprehensive to say the least. But Shawn asked me to trust him, and after talking with a few mutual friends, I decided to take that leap. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The opportunities, relationships, personal growth, and ability to build businesses and employ my friends that followed that interview have been nothing short of incredible. So much of what I’ve been fortunate enough to experience started with that conversation. Fast forward 5 years, and I find myself back with Shawn, this time in his new studio, surrounded by his team, getting an unbelievable amount of knowledge transferred over two days. Shawn, I can’t thank you enough. Your friendship, mentorship, understanding, lack of judgment, and willingness to always make time have never been lost on me. You’ve been a positive influence in my life since the day we met. We spent those two days talking about life, business, the future, and ultimately where I want to end up. The lessons you passed along are things you simply can’t put a price on. You’ve changed a lot of people’s lives, including mine and my family’s. And watching the success you’ve earned couldn’t make me happier. Nobody deserves it more. To you and your entire team, thank you for everything. If I can ever repay the favor, I’m a phone call away. Wishing you many more years of continued success. I appreciate you, bro. Thanks for setting the standard. #shawnryanshow #srs #grateful #thankful #teams
