Across three days, Ustad Zakir Hussain: The Way Forward was charged with everything the legendary artist made possible: rigour, invention, generosity, and a love of rhythm that could hold many traditions at once.

What unfolded was an expression of his living legacy, coming together through performances, stories, and musical exchange.
