I've been following you for about five months. The future you're seeing and telling everyone about is spot on. I sent this post to my agent. I want her to begin to think more broadly as I'm doing. I feel that this is the path for much of the new Hollywood but especially the Independent film route. It's how I'm beginning to approach how my project might get funded. Thanks for all of the incredible observations.

Remember the old days when the studios were chasing Fox Searchlight and had their own indie labels ala Paramount Vantage? Good times. I'd love to hear more about how these branding companies plan on approaching content. Because man, it's hard to make a Lego Movie. Also wondering if blatantly branded content will turn off audiences...

This confirms that some larger production companies, who have an endless budget and no financing issues, just continue putting out and mass promoting the same formula.
