I have a tribit go soundbox upgraded version and it’s out of warranty , but suddenly the box speakers are not working and battery backup is only for 30 minutes, I didn’t believe it that tribit box quality will be like that, very disappointed with tribit box, i called lot of times on the given number in tribit official website but no response from their end. Such a bad experience with customer service team. After sales service is not good, they denied to provide any kind of help after 1 years, they denied for paid service, before purchase tribit speaker just think they are with you only for 1 year after that they haven’t any responsibility.
