So grateful to be part of something bigger here in the Hudson Valley through the Beacon Health Collective. When passionate providers come together—whether it’s myofunctional therapy, speech-language pathology, acupuncture, physical therapy, pelvic floor therapy, or myofascial release—we’re not just sharing ideas… we’re elevating care.

Because true healing doesn’t happen in silos. It happens in collaboration.

I had some incredible conversations around craniofacial growth, sleep, and optimal breathing patterns—and how myofunctional therapy plays such a powerful role in supporting all of it. This is the work that lights me up: educating, connecting, and helping people understand how deeply everything in the body is connected.
