so i really thought things were gonna get better in april but uhhh... i was informed that my dad has cancer and a really bad lung infection. big part of april was understanding the "right" way to feel and the "right" way to go about things. no one really prepares you or really tells you how to go about receiving information like that. unfortunately my family is on the other side of the country so it's hard to really give them support from so far away. he's getting better from the lung infection but we really just don't know. the best i can do is keep moving forward with life and be the emotional and logical support for my mom and the rest of my family for them to lean on. still going to the gym, hanging out with friends, and trying to stay positive. what a year so far..
