Authentic Beijing‑style duck crafted by Chef Han, a Michelin Bib Gourmand chef. Peking duck is one of Beijing’s most iconic dishes, with glistening and ultra crispy skin and tender meat. Served with thin pancakes, scallions, cucumber, and sauce with diners assembling their own rolls.
The miso sea bass was rich, buttery, melt‑in‑your‑mouth that’s grilled with a savory & sweet miso glaze.
Our favorite dish was the typhoon shelter crab 🦀, with crispy garlic, chili, and savory crunch, and that is incredibly flavorful and addictive with good heat. We actually liked it even better than R & G Lounge.
