I dreamed of doing a shoot in france

putting together a personal project is work, let alone in a different country.

I traveled with my stylist friend @livmckeon who absolutely brought the perfect vision to life. For days we shopped around the city finding looks.

I was messaging agency after agency, dming models and searching for people for weeks. August is a hard time to nail a European model down for a test shoot since it’s their holiday month.

Liv and I stumbled across this beach location the first day we arrived to Nice. It was perfect - dreamy, aesthetic, and vibrant. It captured exactly what European beach style I wanted.

So 6 days ago by and no models could commit. I started to think it wouldn’t come together. Traveling hours and spending all this money for it to not work.

Our last day we had to leave at 1pm. A model replied she could do it THAT day. So we got up 6am, shot until 11am, rushed back to check out of the hotel & make the flight. It was such a rush. I loved it.

I watched these behind the scenes videos many times on the plane so excited to get my film to the lab and see what we created. After getting my scans back it was magic. Everything we wanted came to life.
