SWIPE ⏪ Here’s the thing…
2022 still feels like yesterday until you really sit with it.
Back when the rooms were new, the names felt bigger, and I was stepping into spaces that quietly shaped the man I’m becoming. Hosting that cocktail event for @concordiumafrica wasn’t just about holding a mic or keeping the energy alive. It was about learning how to own a room, read people, and carry presence with intention.
Those moments didn’t make noise at the time, but they did the work.
Every handshake, every introduction, every “you did well” after the lights went down… they stacked up. Looking back now, I can see it clearly. That version of me was building something solid, even when I didn’t fully realize it.
What this really means is… growth doesn’t always announce itself. Sometimes it looks like showing up, doing your job, and trusting that it all counts.
2022 me walked so today’s me could move different.
