Our residency at @floatinguniversity in September 2024. We had a beautiful time at this natureculture learning site, a world within a world in the heart of Berlin. We send a lot of love to the team who made us feel so welcome, and continue to fight to keep this space one where learning takes place outside of institutional and reductionist modes of thinking.

While there, we mused on multi species collabortion, working with Anna Tsing’s notion of the arts of noticing. @monthemountain recorded and produced a soundscape of our time there, we invite you to take a listen on our website!

The first time I visited Meghamalai, I was too busy soaking in its beauty to take many pictures. So, I came back for a second time, this time making sure to capture all the beauty and bring back a camera full of memories. ❤️📸
Hello, November. I welcome you with open arms and an expectant heart, believing that you come carrying blessings meant for me. May you bring peace that settles deep, joy that overflows, and favor that follows me through every door I walk through. May the days ahead be kind, the opportunities plenty, and the grace upon my life unmistakable. But more than anything, November, I receive you with gratitude. I am grateful to God for bringing me, and all of us, this far. For the months behind us that held both laughter and tears, for the strength that carried us through, and for the mercy that met us every morning. Every breath that brought us to this month is a gift we did not earn but were freely given. So hello, November. Thank you for arriving. Let’s walk together….blessed, grateful, and full of hope. 🙏🏼
Armed ICE agents were spotted staging in a parking lot this morning in Lake Forest , Orange County. When community members showed up to document, ICE responded by shooting rubber bullets, including a minor who was shot in the chest and others who were shot in the back. Several alerts went out describing 5 confirmed ICE vehicles spotted in the parking lot with heavily armed masked agents. The agents were from the Los Angeles ICE field office SRT unit.

In slide 4 a community member asks “You just shot a minor, how do you feel?” The ICE agent laughs and responds, “It felt great.”
The masked agents refused to provide any identification and called the police. When an Orange County Sheriff arrived, she also refused to provide her badge number several times (slide 7). This comes a day after OC Sheriff was seen assisting ICE outside of the Santa Ana jail on Oct 31 racially profiling individuals and kidnapping another person. We are currently now in day 30 of the new ICE surge across California. While ICE kidnappings have been taking place prior, this new surge has expanded across the entire state with a target of 3,000 kidnappings per day. If you see ICE, alert your community. Assert your rights. It can literally save someone’s life. Report ICE activity directly from your phone at WWW.STOPICE.NET / @stopicenet Text “JOIN” to 877-322-2299 to get local alerts Text “REPORT” to send an alert Text “RADAR” w/ zipcode to check ICE activity nearby Subscribe to alerts on Signal at stopice.net/signal
