Sticky char siu pork, crispy fried egg, soft bao…
this one was naughty.

BREAD — Steamed bao buns
FILLING — Char siu pork belly
EGGS — Crispy fried poached egg
SAUCE — Hoisin, chilli & lime hollandaise
GARNISH — Pickled cucumber, spring onion & chilli

This might be one of my favourites so far.
