What’s good fam! How yal been? Cant lie, I lost my motivation for a while with this content stuff. I was just too busy living life off the app. It’s peaceful but I can’t go too long without tapping back in with yal lol Since I’ve been away I’ve still been locked in though. Still gym 4-5 times a week. Still eating clean. Been plant based for the most part for like 2 months now. My pops has been in the hospital but that’s another story for another day. Also realized that like all of us men, vulnerability is something I need to get better at too. That might be the hardest thing to tap into when you’re used to internalizing, compartmentalizing and dealing with stuff on your own. I’ve really been peeling back the layers and trying to be the best possible version of myself. For those that been rocking with me still through this time off. I appreciate yal more than you know. I see everyday that, even Tho all this shit cost money, the best things in life really have no price.
