The past two days felt like a dream. I got to stage at one of the most amazing and renowned restaurants in the world, @_tfl_ working with commis on the first day, and CDPs on the second day. Even with Michelin experience, this was a whole new world. Thank you chefs for allowing me to work next to you and showcase my skills.
