My current spots (bookmark this!!) besides Shopee/Aliexpress:
Chợ Đại Quang Minh - Craft supplies, notions. The surrounding streets have specialty fabrics things like feather boas, fake fur, etc.
Chợ Bình Tây - Fabric upstairs, mostly polyester blends though. Having a hard time finding things like 100% cotton, quilting fabrics, etc.
Sugi Art Shop - Near the colleges in Q7 so more foundational art supplies. I order from them via Shopee or Lazada
Taipoz - A little craft but mostly art supplies like watercolor, brushes, papers, pens, markers, etc. D1 and Thao Dien. Staff is so sweet!
Họa cụ Da Đen - Good selection!
PM Arts & Crafts - D1. They had a good selection of fabric dyes and silk painting supplies last time I was there.
