Bestellungen Montag bis Donnerstag vor 12:00 Uhr:
- Bereitstellung erfolgt am Folgetag ab ca. 13:00 Uhr
Bestellungen Donnerstag nach 12:00 Uhr bis Montag vor 12:00 Uhr:
- Bereitstellung erfolgt am Dienstag ab ca. 13:00 Uhr
Wir bitten um Verständnis, dass wir dass Außenmagazin nicht täglich bedienen können. Es kommt daher vor allem von Donnerstagnachmittag über das Wochenende zu einer verzögerten Bereitstellung.
Bitte prüft daher den Status Eurer bestellten Medien im Bibliothekskonto bevor ihr in die UB kommt.
Good to know: Wenn Ihr beim Bestellprozess das Feld „Ja“ bei der Auswahloption „Benachrichtigung bei Bereitstellung“ auswählt, werdet Ihr per Mail über den tatsächlichen Abholzeitpunkt informiert.
Wichtig: Dafür muss eine Email-Adresse im Bibliothekskonto angegeben sein. Bei Studierenden der Uni Stuttgart ist dies automatisch Eure Uni-Mailadresse.

Effective immediately, you can once again request items from the UB Stadtmitte closed stacks. These items are now labeled in the catalog as “Location: Außenmagazin, UB Stadtmitte”. Items from the external stacks in Weilimdorf will be made available for you at both locations, Stadtmitte and Vaihingen, as follows: Orders from Monday to Thursday before 12:00 noon: - Items will be available from about 1:00 p.m. on the following day Orders from Thursday after 12:00 noon until Monday before 12:00 noon: - Items will be available from about 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot serve the external stacks every day. This means that, especially from Thursday afternoon over the weekend, there may be delays in making items available. Therefore, please check the status of your requested items in your library account before coming to the UB. Good to know: If you select “Yes” for the option “Notification when available” during the ordering process, you will be informed by email about the actual pickup time. Important: An email address must be stored in your library account for this. For students of the University of Stuttgart, this is automatically your university email address.
