👸 She didn’t ask for attention,
her presence demanded it.

Before I made a single design decision for this entryway, I knew I wanted a big Christmas tree right in this spot! And that’s on having priorities! She’s all grand and dressed for the season ❤️🎄

Instagram… meet Spud. 💙

When I tell you this was the biggest surprise ever, they had absolutely no clue. I will remember their reactions forever. 🥹 The video is actually 13 minutes long but I’ve cut it down a lot. They’ve been asking us for so many years if we could get another puppy as Rolo just brings so much joy to our family, but it’s never been the right time - but we finally felt it was. What’s one more to add to the chaos? 😂🤪

proud of u, little one 🤍

In this Season 5 conversation of Acting & The Self - actor Shanaya Kapoor raises a concern many actors experience between projects: How do you stay connected to your craft when you’re no longer in the rhythm of working?

Atul Mongia offers a different perspective: A pause in professional work doesn’t have to mean a pause in your growth as an actor.

The time between projects can be invaluable. An opportunity to replenish yourself, explore unfamiliar characters, challenge your limitations and work on aspects of your craft that may otherwise get overlooked.

He also encourages actors to reflect on what they want to develop, both within themselves and in their work, and to actively seek experiences that help them grow. Because growth as an actor isn’t limited to the time you spend on set. Sometimes, the most important work happens between projects.

And if life, work or other commitments keep your weekdays occupied, your weekends can still be a space to connect with your craft. Explore, practise and deepen your work as an actor with the upcoming:
