On Halloween 1994, we threw a release party at the Hollywood Castle to celebrate our new album, Youthanasia. We took over the airwaves that night too, bringing our "Night of the Living Megadeth" special straight into your living rooms on MTV. Where were you on that night? Happy Halloween everyone!
Autumn rituals: how I put the greenhouse to bed 🍂 AD| l’m always pulled back into the greenhouse at this time of year. To tidy away the last of the summer crops and to bring in the pelargoniums. I like to escape for a bit of me time, light a little candle at the same time each afternoon and relax. Afternoon tea in the greenhouse has become the ritual I look forward to most, with @ancientandbrave True Collagen stirred into my mug. Type 1 hydrolysed peptides, tasteless so it just dissolves - my daily ritual to support my whole body as we head into winter. Small rituals, done with intention 🤎 What’s the ritual you’re holding onto right now? Please use CLAIRESMITH for 20% off your first order ☺️ #ad #ancientandbrave #slowliving #midlife

A day I will never forget. We laid our beautiful daughters, Tehilla and Angel, to rest. These pictures carry memories of love, pain, and the beautiful lives we were blessed to share. To my beautiful daughters, Daddy loved you, Daddy loves you, and Daddy will always love you. I promise to protect your memories and honour your lives for as long as I live. I believe God will fight for you, and your story will never be forgotten. You will forever be part of me. To everyone who stood with us, gave their time, contributed, prayed, showed up, or simply checked on us, asanteni sana. Your love and kindness mean more than words can ever express. We will forever be grateful.
