Last week I was invited to discover Norton Grounds which is a private family run Cotswold estate & just the most perfect destination for those seeking a tranquil escape. Set in the most beautiful surroundings, Norton Grounds is a place to step away from the everyday and make time for yourself. I truly switched off, slowed down and immersed myself in their Wednesday Wellness program where I was treated to the most beautiful sound therapy with @caroleloveenergyworker & gentle yoga with Barney. The @thesteamypheasant_saunas were also on hand with their cold plunge & sauna for those that wanted it. Norton Grounds also offer retreats and day workshops (check out their website) & Retreat Leaders can hire the space to host their own events and experiences. And, if you fancy staying a little longer, like me, there are the most beautiful self catering holiday cottages/barns which are perfect for a relaxing Cotswold getaway. Oh, and it’s also the most gorgeous wedding venue… one I’m definitely keeping in mind for the future! So, if you love The Cotswolds, need a little reset, some tranquility, or even a base to explore the region further I definitely recommend it! #thecotswolds #resetandrecharge #cotswoldlife #wellbeingwednesday #healthandwellnessjourney
IT'S ALMOST TIME… MARIAH CAREY IS DEFROSTING! 😭🧊🎄 Every year, as soon as Halloween ends, the internet prepares for one of its favorite traditions: the return of the QUEEN OF CHRISTMAS! 👑🎤 Mariah Carey's legendary 1994 hit “All I Want for Christmas Is You” has become such a holiday staple that fans joke she's been frozen in ice all year, waiting for November 1st to arrive so she can officially take over the Christmas season! 😂 And the funniest part? Mariah has FULLY embraced the joke! 🎅❄️ She's released hilarious holiday videos showing herself breaking free from giant blocks of ice and announcing her iconic “IT'S TIME!” moment. For millions of fans, that means Halloween decorations come down, Christmas lights go up, and Mariah's voice becomes absolutely unavoidable! 😭❤️ BE HONEST: Are you ready for Christmas music on November 1st, or should Mariah stay frozen until December? 🎄😂👇
An extra sparkle from @Baumeetmercier for the festive season ✨ #BaumeetMercier #JoiadeBaumeetMercier

Plucky little Poppi learning from her new sidekick, Wamata (who is closest to the camera). To those trying to reconcile the spoiled Wamata we once knew with the calm, competent nanny you see here — we’re as surprised as you are! Wamata has really changed her tune and is blossoming into a real mini matriarch-in-the-making. This often happens, as the coddled mature and become the coddlers, but it’s always a delight to see. In fact, despite being one of the youngest Nursery girls, she has become new rescue Poppi’s preferred nanny. This has left the senior nannies feeling rather dethroned — by a junior, no less! — Poppi is the newest addition to our foster programme. She was only rescued in September, after her mother — a famed Amboseli matriarch — succumbed to old age. Her journey with us is just beginning — one that will lead her all the way back got the wild. Support Poppi by adopting her, as a gift for yourself or someone special: sheldrickwildlifetrust.org/orphans/poppi —— © Sheldrick Wildlife Trust
