WHIPPED BONE MARROW 🦴👶🏻for our baby!

Bone marrow has a naturally creamy texture and provides nutrients, iron, and healthy fats as my baby grows🤍

Here’s how I made it:

1. I roasted split marrow bones at 425°F for 15–20 minutes, until the marrow was soft and heated through.
2. I let them cool, scooped out the marrow, and carefully checked for any bone fragments.
3. I whipped it until smooth

I froze the extra marrow in small portions for another day.
