Pls dont mislead people i have bought ember cast iron tawa but dosa still sticks on it and no support from ember.

Mine has tiny coating coming off inspite of using wooden spoon n scrubber they provided... Im not sure how long the voating will stay but I'm disappointed buying the kadai

Sometimes, even the food leaves scratches in this pan. Forget accidentally using metal spatula. I use only the wooden one that came with it. But simple sautéing onion and jeera, the jeera caused scratches!
