Yeah, that’s my favorite. Not sure if it’s why God made potatoes, chicken, Canada, Portugal, or me, but each bite reminds me I’m happy that all those things exist.

I’ve watched it unfold, fallen under its spell, and carried traces of it home. This time, through “Into the Wild”, I found myself written into a story alive with wonder. It began with an owl’s hoot, as though the forest had been invited to wake. Birds answered beneath the stags’ branching antlers; ferns unfurled, and even the moss seemed to draw a deeper breath. In the shadows, creatures gathered while pixies slipped through the leaves, flirting, scattering golden dust and whispering, “All your dreams could come true.” And the music rose. One by one, the forest’s boys and girls emerged, draped in colour and magic, carrying its treasures: jewels at their brows, little wings gleaming at the boys’ ears. Warriors in black and silver moved among goddesses. Then gold thread caught the light as I stepped onto the runway, rippling across my clothes like lines from an ancient spellbook. With every step, I felt taller, as though India’s magic were lifting me towards the stars. I felt the fabric brush against my skin, the music settle into my stride. In my hand, the little golden bag transformed into an enchanted instrument, awaiting the first note of a song only the forest knew. That song had begun long before the lights came on: in the rhythm of a needle, in knowledge passed from hand to hand, in the patience behind every glimmer. Here was true luxury with its memory intact: India telling its own story, in its own name, with heritage alive in every stitch and an imagination no single runway could contain. I hope some of the light I wore reaches you, reminds you of your own, and travels further through the lives you touch. May it give you a little more courage to turn the dreams you carry into the life you live.
