Behind every job title is a human being who deserves to be seen. 🧍‍♂️🔁 ⠀ Most of us move through the day without really seeing anyone. The driver is just the ride. The cashier is just the register. The cleaner is just the clean floor. We use what people do for us and forget there’s a whole human being behind it. ⠀ But that same cycle runs the other way too. Somewhere in your day, someone is looking straight through you. To them, you’re not a person with a family, dreams and a bad week. You’re just the role you’re there to fill. ⠀ That’s why respect matters so much. A thank you, eye contact, a little patience. It costs nothing, and it reminds someone they’re more than what they do. And when enough people do it, the whole cycle starts to change. ⠀ Nobody is just their job. See the person, and you’ll never treat anyone like they’re less. ⠀ Follow @Wealth to learn valuable advice every time you open Instagram. ⭐ ⠀ #Wealth #Respect #Humanity #WorkLife #LifeLessons

No one should be this comfortable spending this much time in one of the most dangerous locations within a structure. There is a time and place for everything. The conditions in this video are not favorable for a slow deliberate clear. Everyone is yelling, you’re announcing and there is entirely too much talking at the breach point. This is what happens when a TTP is adopted without understanding the principles and conditions that justify and warrant its application. What drives law enforcement teams toward this approach in daylight conditions, inside structures with walls that offer little to no ballistic protection? Low skill? Fear? An obsession with officer safety? Decades of operating unopposed? I suspect it’s a combination of all four. Over time, these factors have become so ingrained in the institutional thought process that teams now mistake apprehension for discipline and inactivity for safety. The result is a level of execution that raises legitimate questions about whether some teams possess the competence to conduct opposed entries at all. When you operate unopposed, almost anything works. That doesn’t make it sound tactics. It means your methods have never been meaningfully tested. You can spend an entire career doing things poorly and getting acceptable outcomes because nobody ever challenged what you were doing. But if you train against the most dangerous course of action, your understanding changes. You recognize that exposure has consequences, hesitation has a cost, and an adversary has a vote. Set the specific technique aside for a moment. What stands out here is the execution. It appears apprehensive, uncertain, and devoid of any real sense of purpose. There is no apparent urgency, and very little to suggest confidence in the actions being performed. Being deliberate is not the same as being slow. Being cautious is not the same as being safe. And being unopposed is not evidence of competence. The standard cannot be whether a technique works when nobody fights back. The standard is whether your training, judgment, and execution hold up when someone does. What are your thoughts? Have a good one. XRAY ALPHA | STACK THE ODDS
