If I ever found a genie, I wouldn’t waste my wish on riches or power—I’d use it for Brian Cedillo, my Guatemalan friend, and give him a lifetime supply of beer. Not just for the drink, but for the laughter, the late-night talks, and the moments it brings. One wish, spent on a lifetime of simple, shared joy.
