“Writing is my way of crying of analyzing my thoughts and transcending my dying” Excerpt entitled “Flight” from my first book of poetry “A Peek Into My Soul”. Last week, I returned to one of my first loves, writing, at a retreat curated by @roadmapwriters brainchild of @joey.tuccio and @dorianosaurus. A week in @italy at a rustic, yet idyllic farmhouse @borgodelcarato Siracusa was the catalyst for rebirth. In a place where intention, dreamers, and creatives gathered to lift one another with love and joy, I am renewed. And Grateful. I learned so much about the business of being a writer. Thankful to @yardetiffany @theterrajoy @marisammarquez and our amazing mentors, including Mika Frank, Justin Ross, Nathan Varni and more for sharing their experiences and extensive knowledge. I’m blessed to be part of a new tribe of super talented, conscious writers with whom I shared an instant bond. Looking forward to collaborating in the near future.
