Boundaries. The thing we all talk about, post about, pray about… and then completely forget when someone says “hey, quick favor” 😭

In this clip, Malaika said what needed to be SAID. Because why are we out here over-explaining, over-giving, and over-stretching ourselves like we’re made of elastic??? Meanwhile, the same people will not even pick up your call on a random Tuesday.

At some point you have to ask yourself: am I kind… or am I just scared to say no?

This episode is basically a loving intervention. For me. For you. For all of us who think “it’s fine” when it’s actually NOT fine.
